RegattaPaddleAThon.org, PaddleAThon.org, RegAThon.com and EyeYak.com are owned by Dean McCully for the purpose of providing a fundraising resource for use by United States and International Nonprofit Agencies, especially by North American West Coast Sea Kayakers for raising funds through paddlesport events.

All referenced websites ensures that all personal information being voluntarily submitted to us in the processing of your order (to be used for record and billing purposes, etc.), inclusive, but not limited to, credit card and other personal information, will be kept strictly confidential and used "solely" by RegattaPaddleAThon its authorized representatives and employees; for the strict purpose for which it was intended, and for the benefit of the subscriber.
